WALK-IN-INTERVIEW ADVERTISEMENT No. 01/2023 

Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for the following positions of PROJECT ENGINEERS / PROJECT OFFICER / PROJECT DIPLOMA ASSISTANTS / PROJECT TRADE ASSISTANTS on CONTRACTUAL BASIS for BDL – Kanchanbagh Unit, Hyderabad, Telangana State and their work place will be at BDL-Project Office located in the premises of Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), Suranjan Das Road, New Tippasandra, BENGALURU.

 1) PTFT-8 Project Trade Assistant (Fitter) 10
2) PTEM-9 Project Trade Assistant (Electronic Mech.) 8

2.0 EXPERIENCE: 

i) Project Engineers / Project Officer / Project Diploma Assistants / Project Trade Assistants: Candidates must possess minimum 01 (One) year Post Qualification experience. 
2.1 The Experience should be after Essential Qualification(s) in the relevant Industry / Office. Experience in Defence Industry / Defence Labs will be preferred. 
2.2 One Year completed Apprenticeship training will also be considered as experience for Project Engineers / Project Diploma Assistants. 2.3 Academic / Teaching experience will not be considered as industrial experience. 
2.4 Confirming number of years of service will be based on the Experience Certificate / Last Pay Slip / Offer of Appointment / Provident Fund Statement / ESI membership / Salary Account Bank Statement, etc. 
2.5 Experience / Apprenticeship in relevant Defence Labs / Industries (which is associated with relevant weapon system development) will be given preference.

3.0 AGE CRITERIA: 

3.1 Project Engineers / Project Officer / Project Diploma Assistants / Project Trade Assistants: Maximum Age limit for Un-Reserved/EWS Categories is 28 Years as on Date of Walk-inInterview. 
3.2 However, Age relaxation for SC – 05 Years / ST – 05 Years / OBC (NCL) – 03 Years for Project Diploma Assistants / Project Trade Assistants. Further, Age relaxation for EX-SM / PwBD will be as per Government directives to the post(s), as applicable.

TENURE OF EMPLOYMENT: 

Project Engineers / Project Officer / Project Diploma Assistants / Project Trade Assistants will be engaged on Contract Basis initially for a period of ONE year, which may be extended up to a maximum period of FOUR years (including initial period), based on the Organisational requirement and individual performance.

REMUNERATION:  Salary per month

Project Assistants (Trade)
1 st Year Rs. 23,000/- 
2 nd Year Rs. 24,500/- 
3 rd Year Rs. 26,000/- 
4 th Year Rs. 27,500/-

SELECTION PROCESS / PROCEDURE: 

7.1 05-03-2023 at 8:30 hrs Walk-in selection process will be carried out / conducted as per the schedule in the premises of Aeronautical Society of India, Suranjan Das Road, Opposite Engine Division, Binna Mangala, New Tippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560075. Land Mark Near Vivekananda Metro Station. 
7.2 Interested candidates (Indian Nationals only) who possess required Qualification(s) and relevant experience to reach the venue on above mentioned scheduled dates by 08:30 hrs and candidates will not be allowed after 11.45 hrs. Further, Candidates has to download ‘APPLICATION FORM’ from the BDL website www.bdl-india.in – Careers-Application for Walk-in-Interview. Duly-filled-in Application Form along with relevant Certificates should bring for ‘WALK-ININTERVIEW’ on scheduled date. 
7.3 Candidates should mandatorily bring all the Original certificates and testimonials with one set of photocopies in support of date of birth (SSC certificate/Birth certificate), Educational Qualification (Final degree certificate / Convocation / post graduation certificate, proof of specialization / branch, Consolidated mark sheets etc.), Work experience certificates should invariably contain the details of service, work experience & time period. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WALK-IN INTERVIEW: 

8.1 Only Indian nationals may attend. Age, Qualification & Experience stipulated above should be as on Date of Walk-in-Interview. 
8.2 For selection process, candidates have to mandatorily produce documents pertaining to Experience Certificate (as per applicability) or Salaried Account Statement (for the no. of years of experience) at the time of certificate verification process along with 2 recent color passport size photographs. 
8.3 Candidates appearing for INTERVIEWS will not entitle to claim for contract engagement for the aforesaid post. 
8.4 Candidates will be debarred ab-initio at any stage of the recruitment process in case they do not fulfill the essential eligibility criteria. 
8.5 If the certificates verification / selection process cannot be conducted on the same day, it will be conducted on next day / later date. 
8.6 The posts are on contract basis only and do not provide any claim for Permanent employment. 
8.7 BDL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement / the selection process / restrict or increase the number of posts / alter the eligibility criteria etc, in the interest of the Organisation. 
8.8 TA / DA will not be paid to the Candidates who are attending the WALK-IN-INTERVIEW / SELECTION PROCESS. 
8.9 Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID and Mobile number for communication. BDL will not be responsible for bouncing of e-mail sent to the candidates. 
8.10 Mobiles or any other electronic gadgets will not be allowed inside the Venue of the selection. 
8.11 Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted in appropriate Courts/ Tribunals / Forums in Hyderabad-Telangana State only, which shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/ dispute.
